Benefits of Employment

journey to Lake Powell memorable, enjoyable and most importantly, affordable!  To make your decision

to come to Lake Powell even easier, we have provided a list of benefits and incentives that we offer to our employees.

 

Lake Powell Resorts allows employees to utilize the following

on a space available basis:

 

~ Powerboat and water toy usage for only the cost of fuel, oil and a $50 refundable deposit.

~ Full day tours to Rainbow Bridge National Monument and other Lake Powell Adventures.

~ Seven day houseboat vacations during the off season for employees and their families for

the cost of fuel, oil, insurance and a damage deposit.  Only those employees who

successfully complete their work agreement and full time employees are eligible for this incentive.

 

Other benefits include:

 

~ 30% discount at stores and gift shops (excludes alcohol & tobacco).

~ 20% discount at all F & B outlets (excludes alcohol).

~ Recreational activities: boating, biking, camping, and much, much more!

~ "Star Power" employee recognition program.

~ Low cost employee housing.

~ Employee Dining Room - $3.00 average meal cost available for lunch and dinner.

~ $.25 per hour bonus for completing your agreement available from: (dates for 2008 to be determined)

~ Employee day trips to nearby National Parks including: The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon.

Other trips include opportunities such as Flagstaff and Sedona (Wahweap only) or Arches National Park (Bullfrog).

~ Employee shuttles are available at Wahweap and Bullfrog Marinas.
