Star Power Employee Recognition

The "Star Power" program rewards above and beyond work behavior with Lake Powell Bucks,

prizes, recognition, monthly raffles and employee activities / parties.  By showing how much we

appreciate you as a star employee, we hope you will in turn continue to serve our guests with above

and beyond customer service.

Lake Powell Bucks are certificates worth $5.00 that are given to each employee upon being

recognized for above and beyond service.  They may be used at our various retail outlets, fuel docks,

gas stations and employee dining room.

There are three levels of the Star Power Program:

~ Level 1 - be recognized for above and beyond 3 times.

~ Level 2 - be recognized for above and beyond an additional 5 times (8 total)

~  Level 3 - be recognized for above and beyond an add ional 5 times (13 total)
