Hospitality Positions

Welcome each guest with a warm smile and a friendly customer service attitude.

Staff members at our lodge ensure customer satisfaction from check - in to check - out while providing the highest level of customer service to start their vacation out right!

Bellhop - Take luggage from guests and place in rooms.  Work with the front desk and tour groups to coordinate actions.  Requires heavy lifting and repetitive motions.  Long hours in extreme heat are possible.

Cash Clerk - Handles all the bank bags for the property, and ensures all sales and transactions are accounted for.

Front Desk Agent - Handle all room reservations, ensure room availability, point guest in direction of other areas of our marinas, answer questions and accommodate guests needs.

Hotel Night Auditor - Responsible for closing out days sales and accounting for all transactions that took place during business period.

Housekeeper - Thoroughly clean all rooms and suites.  Vacuum, make beds, change linens and boat ready for the next customer.

Laundry Service Worker - Wash all linens for the resort, fold and place on trucks to be redistributed to lodges, boat rentals and other areas.

Laundry Driver - Drive the company laundry truck to make deliveries of fresh linens and pick up used linens.  Must be 21 years old to operate. Job requires heavy lifting and repetitive motions.

PBX Operator - Answering incoming calls to the resort through the main switchboard, commnicate with and dispatch security, and lodge shuttles.

Shuttle Driver - Drive 14 passenger vans (no CDL required).  Tasks include pick up and drop-offs at the airport, trips into page for groceries, sight seeing as well as retail opportunities.
