Housing General Information

Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas provides low rent housing to employees on a first come, first served basis.

Housing opportunities will vary from marina to marina.  All living quarters require a refundable security deposit.

The security deposit will only be returned after a satisfactory check out upon departure.

Please be prepared to pay the deposit upon your arrival.  Contact your specific marina to determine the exact amount

of the required deposit.  Please note that single occupancy rooms may be requested at some locations; however, it can

and never will be guaranteed.

Please take time to explore the marinas to familiarize yourself with the housing, scenery and location of each marina.
