Bartender - Apply
Bartenders prepare and serve mixed drinks and pour wine, beer and other beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic to direct guests and assist servers with their guest drink orders. Bartenders prepare all drinks quickly and accurately ensuring no waste. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, accurate cashier skills, and a strong dedication to customer service along with a positive and friendly attitude.
Busser - Apply
Bussers are responsible for clearing restaurant tables by removing and sorting dirty plates, glasses, silverware, and condiments. They also clean, reset tables and side stations and restock dinnerware. Bussers assist Dishwashers by prepping the dishes that need washing. In addition Bussers assist Servers by setting tables and delivering food and beverages to ensure maximum guest satisfaction for all restaurant guests.
Cashier - Apply
Cashiers sell a variety of snacks and drinks to guests. Cashiers are flexible, willing to help out wherever needed. Indeed they are typically crossed trained to perform Food Service Worker tasks. Rainbow Room Cashiers are required to assist Waiters/Waitresses by preparing their checks and completing point of sale transactions for guests. Cook - Apply
The Cook’s primary responsibility is to prepare restaurant menu items of the hot line and prepare pastry items such as deserts, breads, breakfast pastries and cakes. The Cook prepares food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The Cook always ensures quality consistency by following recipe cards and production and portion standards. Furthermore, The Cook is highly knowledgeable about all stations of the line – including the sauté, broiler, fryer and wheel.

The Kitchen Utility Worker serves a variety of essential back of the house Food & Beverage roles which include working as a dishwasher, deep cleaning the kitchen and all equipment along with other miscellaneous duties. Kitchen Utility Workers are required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment. Kitchen Utility Workers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment including but not limited to steamers, ovens, mixers, grills, and dishwashing equipment.

Waiter / Waitress - Apply
The Waiter/Waitress establishes a welcoming atmosphere from the minute they first greet guests at their table. The Waiter/Waitress records and inputs accurate food and beverage orders into the SMS Touch POS System, delivers food and carries service trays while demonstrating exemplary guest service skills. The Waiter/Waitress also assists Food & Beverage Workers, Bartenders, Bussing Attendants and Kitchen Staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
