Cleaning Service Worker - Apply 

Cleaning Service Workers are responsible for cleaning assigned lodge rooms, linens, hallways, carpets and other designated amenities and areas in accordance with the highest cleanliness standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Cleaning Service Workers also collect sort, wash, dry and fold linen from various departments. In addition Cleaning Service Workers supply clean linen to the Lodge, Boat Rentals and Food and Beverage.

Driver 1 - Apply

The Laundry department’s Driver 1 supplies clean linens to the lodge and boat rentals, returning used ones to the laundry facility to be processed and redistributed.  Drivers’ are required to operate an efficient, consistent, safe and timely delivery service.

Guest Service Worker - Apply 

Guest Services Workers are the first line of communication for guests and tour directors. The Guest Experience Desk is the hub of all communication for the hotel. Guest Services Workers establish a welcoming atmosphere from the minute a guest arrives at the resort. Guest Services Workers are attentive and always willing to answer questions and resolve guest issues, communicate guest needs to other departments, reserve rooms and tour activities on the property management system and welcome groups of up to approximately 80 people at a time. Guest Services Workers should be highly knowledgeable about Lake Powell Resort and Marinas and the surrounding areas; acting as a useful resource for all guests. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, a strong dedication to customer service and a positive and friendly attitude.

Lead Guest Service Worker- Apply 

Lead – Guest Services Workers oversee the Guest Experience Desk operations; supporting and training the Guest Services Workers. They ensure all preparations have been completed in advance for the day’s arrivals and tours, ensuring all Guest Services Workers are on task for delivering superior customer service. Lead - Guest Services Workers are expected to serve as an example for the Guest Services Workers to aspire to; continually going above and beyond, delivering exemplary customer service and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Furthermore, they must be able to maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management.

Night Auditor - Apply 

The Night Auditor finishes the resort’s accounting processes for the day. Reporting daily revenue and providing departmental financial analysis by utilizing property management system software and providing summaries on a nightly basis. Daily management reports are also prepared on a timely basis. The Night Auditor assists The Resort Manager with other audit duties as needed. Also assists at the Guest Experience Desk with late arrivals and handles any guest issues which may arise during the night.
