Lead Location Attendant - Apply
Lead – Location Attendants oversee retail operations; supporting and training the Location Attendants, ensuring that all the team are on task for delivering superior customer service. Lead – Location Attendants are expected to serve as an example for the Location Attendants to aspire to by continually going above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding merchandise knowledge, delivering exemplary customer service and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Lead - Location Attendants should also be highly knowledgeable about Lake Powell Resort and Marinas and the surrounding areas; acting as a useful resource for all guests. Furthermore, they must be able to maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management. Other duties for this position include stocking, cleaning, inventory, auditing, cash and credit card handling. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, strong merchandise presentation, cashier & audit skills, a dedication to customer service, a positive and friendly attitude and the ability to set an example for others to follow.

Location Attendants actively sell a range of resort merchandise to guests in a retail environment. Location Attendants are highly knowledgeable about all Lake Powell merchandise in order to educate guests and up sell. Location Attendants are attentive – dedicated to delivering the highest levels of guest service and always willing to answer questions and resolve guest issues. Location Attendants should also be highly knowledgeable about Lake Powell Resort and Marinas and the surrounding areas; acting as a useful resource for all guests.
