Dangling Rope Marina
Dangling Rope is Lake Powell's "26 person floating service station", a sight for the sore eyes of the lost,
hungry or out of gas boat traveler!
We are an intermission break for visitors providing thousands of guests with services from our marina store, snack bar, boat repair
shop and the best ice cream stand west of the Mississippi. We need outgoing and friendly employees to welcome the weary
travelers to our busy marina.
Our simple resources, water based status, and remote location mean only one thing:
our employees are here to truly experience the people and places of this canyon land country without the comforts of home.
While our small staff and the great outdoors are our two largest resources, we also travel to other marinas for
social and recreational activities and make sure we are both a seen and heard part of the Lake Powell experience.
Outside of work, we expect our employees to do the same things our customers are here for. Take advantage of
living in the Grand Cirlce area and visit Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce, Arches and Grand Canyon National Park.
The adventures and relationships you create here is the reason our employees keep coming back year after year.
Dangling Rope Marina is located approximately at mid-lake, half way between Wahweap and Bullfrog marinas.
The distance to any nearby city is nearly 2 hours to Page, AZ which can only be reached via Waheap Marina by
boat, followed by a 15 minute drive to the town itself.
