Office & Clerical Postitions

 

Many departments at Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas require clerical support.

Computer skills, filing and knowledge of various office equipment is a requirement. With office positions you work in a cool environment while getting the benefit of being able to go into the sun and experience all that Lake Powell has to offer during your spare time.

Accounting Clerk - Handles all of our cash bags, ensures drop accuracy and keeps a log of daily sales from all components.  Works with managers and purchasing department to maintain budgets.

 

Inventory Control Clerk - Work with retail and food & beverage departments to order and track all inventory.

 

Mail Clerk - Sort and deliver mail to various components as a currier.

 

Parts Room Attendant - Order and receive parts for all company vehicles and vessels.

 

Payroll Clerk - Assist payroll manager in logging time punches, accounting for holiday and vacation pay, editing hours and keeping books.

 

Purchasing Clerk - Assist in the purchases made through distributors with the various components.  Responsible for tracking and initializing payment on all orders placed.

 

Receptionist - Greet all incoming patrons and guests at out administrative office in Page, AZ.

 

Secretary - Assist managers in general operations, answer phones, make travel arrangements, book keep, data entry.

 

Service Department Writer - Assess all boats needing repairs, send them to the top shop for those repairs and order replacement parts.

 

Customer Service Clerk - Front desk and boat rentals reservation agents.

 

Sales Associate - Greet customers in our various shops, rental offices, tour desks, and other retail outlets.  Complete transactions in a timely manner.

 

Stock Clerk - Stock retail establishments with goods, work with warehouse staff to re-stock all establishments.
