Supervisory

Many departments at Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas require seasonal and year - round supervisors. These individuals have hiring, training and scheduling responsibilities. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Seasonal supervisors are often interns from numerous colleges and universities.

Bell Captain - Lead bellman.  Responsible for coordinating bellman duties by scheduling, assigning tours etc.

 

Boat Cleaning Supervisor - Lead boat cleaner.  Responsible for coordinating cleaning duties at either Executive Services, Boat Rentals, or SCA.

 

Boat Rental Coordinator - Lead rental agent.  Responsible for coordinating duties for rental agents at the boat rental office, scheduling, assist customers etc.

 

Campground Coordinator - Lead campground clerk.  Responsible for coordinating all duties for campground store clerks.  Check in campers, take inventory, and complete sales transactions.

 

Dining Room Coordinator - Supervise AM or PM shifts at the Rainbow Room.  Ensure customer satisfaction, schedule employees, ensure a smooth running operation, often times coordinators work directly with other departments to plan and execute various events and banquets, both on and off property (i.e. beach weddings etc.).

 

Dock Coordinator - Lead dockhand.  Responsible for the safe operations of all personnel on our dock facilities.  Ensure safe equipment management as well safe boat moving procedures.

 

Executive Services Coordinator - Work with the Executive Services marina managers to ensure our private guest's needs are met.  Tacks include: scheduling employees, office/clerical work, and talking to customers, and much more!

 

Front Desk Supervisor - Lead front desk agent.  Responsible for making schedules for the front desk personnel, meeting guests needs, and assisting the front desk manager.

 

Fuel Dock Supervisor - Lead fuel attendant.  Schedule and supervise all fuel attendant on our dock facilities.  Ensure safe fueling procedures.

 

Kitchen Supervisor - Sous Chefs.  Ensure food quality, timeliness of orders, schedule kitchen workers, assist Executive Chef  in daily operations.

 

Office Coordinator - Help coordinate our activities in our various office departments, tasks include working with managers to complete daily operations, including scheduling, filing, and many others.
