All paperwork is due to Kevin Opp by February 15th (Date may change for 2010)
Included paperwork: Passport, most recent pay-stub, all I-94s, any Visas from the last 3 years, and your social security card.IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL YOUR PAPERWORK IS FILED WITH OUR AGENCY BY FEBRUARY 15TH. This will allow for an approximate start date with Lake Powell on or near May1st.It is not required for international applicants to fill out the background authorization form.
